Springhornhof

During the festive 50th jubilee year of their Kunstverein, a permanent store in the entrance hall was requested.

As we invented with them the Potato Sleeper in 2009, which is one of our bestsellers, we were eager to come back to this village. The shop opened in August 2017 with village goods carefully selected by Bettina von Dziembowski and Monika Zimmermann.

The store has good signage on the main street and attracts all types of visitors and passersby. Our Russian sales video, made with the inhabitants of Zvizzchi has now German subtitles and is also a success here.
We share with the staff of Kunstverein Springhornhof the challenge of sold-out products and weak supply chains AND more important the pleasure of telling stories about other landscapes, handicrafts, distant villages and domestic habits.
